This place is conveniently located near two major stations and has a restaurant on the ground level that serves lunch and dinner, making it very accessible and convenient.

The location was fantastic and wonderful to the stations including JR line, you may take train on Osaka train station within 5 minutes walk from here. We stayed for business trip and would return anytime.
